we are living in a modern world. everyday, new buildings, roads, bridges and other infrastractures are being built. every country is going with the flow of the modern world, constructing higher buildings and stretching the limits of the engineering world. we see of these everyday and inconvenient as it may seem for a while, these are still for our very own good. but modernization has also accumulated lots of problems problems. sometimes, these hardworking architects, engineers and consrtuction workers aren’t paid the right way. they spend painstaking time to complete a project but at the end of the contract or upon the completion of the project, they are failed to be paid. for example, a particular company hires a constuction firm for its services and fails to pay it in the designated date, the construction compnay can sue the company who hired them. Prolien files a mechanics lien on the construction form’s behalf for the value of the services the contruction firm provided.
